Miyako Taiko will be performing at the Annual Shinshun Matsuri
The Japan Commerce Association of Washington (JCAW) will be holding a Shinshun Matsuri, or New Year’s Festival, on Sunday January 27 in DC!
JCAW has been a great sponsor for many of JASWDC’s programs and we highly encourage all of you to come out to this festival. There will be free cultural performances, games, Japanese goods to purchase. There will also be LOTS of Japanese food like mitarashi dango, gyudon, nikuman (pork buns) takoyaki, yakisoba…the list goes on!
