We are thrilled and honored to be hosting a series of workshops with the one and only Chieko Kojima, a phenomenal taiko artist and founding member of Kodo!
Whether you’ve been playing taiko for 8 weeks or 8+ years, you do NOT want to miss out on this amazing opportunity to learn from one of the pioneers of modern taiko! Chieko’s workshops will be focused on her signature piece, “Hana Hachijo,” a powerful and graceful combination of taiko and choreography. We’ll be offering something for everyone, including an all-levels “Hana Hachijo” workshop to a full-day intensive for those who have previous experience studying and/or performing in this style.
